Jahrestreffen der DECHEMA/VDI-Fachgruppen, TU Dresden, 16–18 March 2026. Work carried out with the Institute of Multiphase Flows, Hamburg University of Technology.

The two halves of the ionic-liquid characterisation brought together: a thermophysical dataset of density, viscosity and surface tension for aqueous ionic-liquid mixtures over a wide range of compositions and temperatures, and liquid-side mass-transfer coefficients measured on CO₂ Taylor bubbles rising in capillaries of three diameters. Together they connect solvent composition to the mass-transfer performance a bubble column would see.
